Returns and Refunds
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from The Oliver Group LLC.
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use DHL, UPS, FedEx (or any other courier service) or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number in your letter (note) and send the package to the following address:

2. Replacements
You may request a replacement of any item if its condition is not satisfactory (damaged materials, stains etc.) within 30 days.
Please note that we can process replacements only for items purchased from The Oliver Group LLC.
Simply go to the nearest Chamber of Commerce / itemshop / Pastor / Police Station etc. (any firm, organization or individual which can be regarded as trustworthy) who will certify that indeed the material is damaged. Sometimes Post Office will confirm damages of received contents of the package.
Indicate the reason for your request, attach confirmation ("certificate" as in point A above), include the packing slip (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number in your correspondence) and send or fax the letter to The Oliver Group LLC:
